Do I need to install anything?
No. Tafseel runs in the web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Open it, sign in and start working.
Is my shop's information safe?
Your records are stored on secure servers, not on one computer, so a lost or broken laptop does not lose your orders. Each staff member has their own sign-in and sees only what their role allows. Passwords are never stored in readable form, and no other shop can see your records.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Your shop moves to the Free plan by itself. There is no charge and nothing is deleted. Choose Basic or Pro whenever you need more staff, more orders or the Pro features.
Can several people use it at the same time?
Yes. The cashier, the master tailor and the owner can all work at once on different devices. Changes show on the other devices within about 20 seconds.
What if the internet goes down?
Tafseel keeps the changes you make and sends them when the connection comes back. The screen shows how many changes are waiting.
How do I pay for a plan?
Choose your plan under Plan & billing in the app and follow the payment steps. Your plan is switched on as soon as the payment is confirmed. You can pay monthly or yearly, and stop renewing at any time.
